Dan 3:19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego: therefore he spoke, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.
Dan 3:20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.
Dan 3:21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.
Dan 3:22 Therefore because the king 's commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego.
Dan 3:23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.

The king makes the furnace some seven times hotter - a reference to the seven spirits of God - through their action they tread the winepress of God's wrath from the reduced octal sea (the lake of fire) into the left hand to make the Lord's enemies His footstool).

The three friends are cast in the furnace with all their clothes, an indicator of the haste at which they are thrown in to appease the king's anger. The fire being so hot it kills the men that cast them in.

We also have the analogy of the mystery of the seven golden lampstands, of the circuit of the angel of the church. (Who walks through seven churches and attains rest at the end.) Then we see that the circuit in the spirit "of the fire" is one of "deliverance" and the one whom "walks amidst the seven Golden candlesticks" is in view as Christ (unity) with the three friends as static subgroup..

Dan 3:24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spoke, and said unto his counselors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.
Dan 3:25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.
Dan 3:26 Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace, and spoke, and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego, ye servants of the most high God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego, came forth of the midst of the fire.
Dan 3:27 And the princes, governors, and captains, and the king 's counselors, being gathered together, saw these men, upon whose bodies the fire had no power, nor was a hair of their head singed, neither were their coats changed, nor the smell of fire had passed on them.
Dan 3:28 Then Nebuchadnezzar spoke, and said, Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego, who hath sent his angel, and delivered his servants that trusted in him, and have changed the king 's word, and yielded their bodies, that they might not serve nor worship any god, except their own God.
Dan 3:29 Therefore I make a decree, That every people, nation, and language, which speak any thing amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill: because there is no other God that can deliver after this sort.
Dan 3:30 Then the king promoted Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed -nego, in the province of Babylon.

Again we see three friends with the static unity element of Christ with them together in the fire of the furnace. The friends take the place of the static subgroup whilst the "princes, governors, captains and king's councillors" take the place of the four earthy elements. However the three friends in the eyes of the king and all that stood by went into the fire condemned in the eyes of the one "God" of the image and emerged after meeting Christ in the fire as now "full of virtue" and for lack of a better term, "born again". They went into the furnace "antichrist" not worshipping the image raised as unto Christ and emerged "born again", blameless in the eyes of God. They had been translated.

The fire had not touched them or even left its smell on them, they were left without any residue of fault or of it's punishment in the eyes of all about them, showing clearly that there is one God whom may deliver - and is the Christ. (Any accusation of fault against them is inconsistent.) The king utters the command that anyone blaspheming the God of the three should have the same punishment issued to the wise men for not interpreting the dream of the king; neatly closing the episode which was the cause for the image to be set up. - The wise men had not fully informed the King that the jews worshipped the one God as in trinity already! The three friends' God has surely changed the kings word. Once more, the reward for interpreting the statue dream is conferred upon the three friends - they are worthy as the dream's interpretation is concluded.
