Rev 17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. Rev 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. Rev 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues. Rev 17:16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire. Rev 17:17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled. Rev 17:18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth. (KJV) In the ten kings we see there are 120 ways from which to choose three of their number and ten - it may apply those three to a fourth as the faciliator to the dialectic process. The remaining six follow as with one mind after that double minded device of the dragon. The result is the agreement to false doctrine across all the six (five refining churches and the source of leaven). The kings have received no kingdom as yet - the crown that makes the dialectic process complete is satan's own and the image has not yet (in johns day) been set up by the false prophet. The kings receive the same power from the dragon as the first beast (that was) - that the beast from the earth (the woman) exercises before the first beast, in the forming of the image of the false prophet - (the leavening process). "One hour" refers to a particular field GF(8) with a set unity from its three automorphisms with the eight possible C7 groups. One hour is therefore 1/24th, or one automorphism of GF(8) with one multiplicative group C7. The kings give their power and strength to the beast (by conjugating in products with A5.) in the setting of that single "hour". The "power" is to leaven the churches with the source of leaven (as their equal) , and the strength is in making this laodicean conglomerate tow the line. The image is set to rule for one hour with the beast, it is set up to oppose and supplant the reign of God. The one hour is as to supplant a specific unity as of the octal with the image device. The six other elements are simply capitulating to the image or seventh, so we see that the specific "hour" (or seven elements of one single seven-cycle) corresponds to countering the circuit of the angel by beforehand making false doctrine to be overcome. As the angel exits one church to the next, the kings sit and rule for that one hour of all seven churches - the effort is to make "leaving" illegal in the churches by making false doctrine universal! Then it becomes impossible to go to church without losing your ground or identity in Christ. This is why the angel swears that there should be "time no longer". However the angel is given rewards that hold that ground gained in exiting the churches (the woman riding the beast). These spiritual rewards hold fast the ability of believers likewise to spiritually stand firm. In this manner we see that Christ has sent His angel in to the churches to testify of these things - the efficacy of the gospel is shown to be effective against the false doctrine from the heads of the beast. Clearly the Lamb overcomes the beast (v14) to whom the kings have given their power (to leaven the churches as legally incorporated by the mark, causing the world to worship at their altar, the image.) The angel here describes the waters under the woman as peoples gathered together. (As practicing the dialogue to consensus) The woman sits on the beast amongst these waters although it is raised over them. The ten kings that give their authority to the beast strip the woman that would be jerusalem of every form of righteousness, (to make her naked). They will burn the woman with fire and make her desolate: The ten kings perform the intent of God to force true believers to leave with the calling of the Holy Spirit, and in being lead out by the Holy Spirit those that do indeed leave leave her desolate behind them. The action of the Holy Spirit is then to burn the woman with "fire" as those believers are drawn out. All this is sped onward by the action of the ten kings - which are actually those in whom the Lord has put his purpose to bring the third woe to its speedy end. The ten kings hate the woman and consume her flesh - they hate and strip her of wealth because the woman is the source or the target of the wrath of God - but the multitudes gathered in corporations all over the world can not legally dissolve her corporation without destroying their commerce in their own along with her. The woman is then a corporation as all corporations, that great city that rules over the kings of the earth, and in a way that everyone hates - no one is in love with this girl. The paperwork never concerned God, rather the method of dialogue in worship is religion with the beast as God.
